In addition to Email Continuity connectivity during the planned 12-hour maintenance period, our Web Protection service will be impacted during the migration. Also, new Web Protection and Endpoint Protection clients will not be able to be downloaded from the Customer Portal until the maintenance period has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During the planned 12-hour maintenance period this weekend, we will be migrating our US-based Email Continuity Service (ECS) to a different datacenter. During the affected time, all connectivity to the service will be impacted, but will be restored once the move has been completed. Any messages for ECS mailboxes will be queued during the move and released once the service is back online.
