We have deployed a fix for the issue and in cadence running a force sync on the users to ensure all users have the proper ETP licenses applied. This should be completed in the next 2-4 hours and we are monitoring the force sync.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue in which the ETP service bubbles are missing for users in the Customer Portal which are causing issues with end user Quarantine access/QMR access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing and are actively working on resolving.
