Hello,
On 12/08/2024 at 2:00 AM Central time, OpenText network engineers will be starting a circuit resiliency test between Dallas and Atlanta data centers to test a downed circuit scenario. During this time, services will continue to operate, however, there may be a blip while current sessions are moved from one trunk to another.
This is expected to be completed by 12/08/2024 4:00 AM Central time. Should there be any changes to this schedule we will send an update.
