We are currently working to resolve an issue that is affecting some users from being able to reset their own password in the customer portal. As a work around a customer portal admin still has the ability to reset the password for users. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. We will continue to post updates to status as we have them.
