Update
A fix was put into place seems to have addressed the delays. No new emails should be delayed however the ones that were backlogged during the high severity issue are starting to process out to the intended recipient. We will keep this alert in monitoring and once all queues are cleared we will resolve. If you have current examples that are still delayed it is encouraged to contact support.

Monitoring
More servers were brought into the mix to handle all NEW email traffic. The servers having the issue have been removed from the pool of accepting new emails to allow them to process the email on them. Investigation continues to determine what caused the problem.
