On Sunday evening, AppRiver's team launched a scheduled maintenance activity in our Atlanta data center. A power outage in Florida caused our engineers to abort the maintenance and reschedule. During the rollback some of the equipment was not reset properly and some customers experienced mail delivery problems. These problems happened during a period of time when our phone system was also offline temporarily because of severe weather. Shortly after 11 PM, both the phones and the mail delivery had returned to normal operation.
