We have a scheduled Phase 1 maintenance period set for our Hosted Exchange service. During the planned maintenance, we will be transferring our client connectivity from Exchange 2016 front-end proxies to Exchange 2019 proxies.
During the scheduled time, Outlook and Mac clients could become disconnected and have to be restarted. We also expect OWA (Outlook for Web) to disconnect, requiring users to log back in to their mailboxes.
Phase 2 of the configuration updates is planned for 23 August and will be scheduled as soon as Phase 1 has been completed.
