We have a scheduled Phase 2 maintenance period set for our Hosted Exchange service. During the planned maintenance, we will be updating client connection balancing rules in order to process connections more effectively for Exchange 2019.
During the scheduled time, Outlook and Mac clients could become disconnected and have to be restarted. We also expect OWA (Outlook for Web) to disconnect, requiring users to log back in to their mailboxes.
